We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. This role will support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
You will work as part of an established Salesforce team (7–10 members) to deliver business-facing solutions and improve system functionality.
Work Location & Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Charlotte-based. Mostly in office — some opportunity to work from home after training.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business partners to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
Design and implement functionality within Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
Support day-to-day enhancements and ongoing system improvements
Collaborate with an existing Salesforce team (7–10 members)
Develop functional and technical solutions to address business needs
Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data
Test, validate, and document new system functionality
Document findings and provide recommendations for process and system improvements
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin / BA / Functional background)
Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
