Job Description Job Description Outpatient Behavioral Health Setting Position Summary Resolution Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor to support individuals navigating substance use disorders. You will play a key role in helping patients achieve recovery through evidence-based counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support . This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, motivated, and committed to long-term patient success .
