This position is part of the largest multi-specialty healthcare system in the Twin Cities. It is a full-time role that necessitates licensure in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Upcoming FacilitiesIn early 2028, we will open our new HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital and HealthPartners Specialty Center, designed to accommodate our community's growth. This facility will feature a family birth center, specialized centers for heart, cancer, and orthopedics, as well as enhanced critical care and emergency services. We will provide da Vinci robotic surgery, dialysis services, and space for future interventional radiology additions.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $460,000 and $750,000, based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE). Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and level, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
