The Opportunity:
  • Practice Autonomy: Shape your practice according to your vision while having the time to foster meaningful relationships with your patients.
  • Manageable Patient Load: Care for a moderate number of 10-15 patients daily.
  • Incorporate Procedures: Have the flexibility to include procedures and scopes in your practice.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a four-day work week along with more than six weeks of paid time off.
  • Convenient Call Schedule: Experience an easy call rotation without the obligation to be on-site.
Compensation Details:
  • Base Salary: Ranges from $325,000 to $400,000.
  • Incentives: Receive a consistent base salary along with production bonuses and additional incentives.
  • Signing Bonus: A substantial six-figure signing bonus is available.
  • Retention Bonuses: Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or options for student loan repayment.
