Outpatient IM Physician - Ambulatory Services

We are excited to announce a position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician who is enthusiastic about outpatient care. The ideal candidate will join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to deliver primary care services and may have the chance to mentor students and residents, primarily serving an underserved community.

This facility is part of a comprehensive health care system located in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona, which includes a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, as well as 11 FQHCs throughout the region. Our organization collaborates with a prominent health education alliance that supports various ACGME accredited residency and fellowship programs, including internal medicine.

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Engage in teaching opportunities for medical students and residents.
• Participate in community health initiatives.

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• Valid medical license in Arizona.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.

The FQHCs are eligible for both Federal and State loan repayment programs, enhancing the financial benefits of this position. The current facility scores within the system are 21.
