• Compensation: Potential earnings exceeding $550,000 annually.

• Work Schedule: 4.5 days of clinic work each week.
• Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding at a primary hospital and dialysis coverage at 2-3 centers.
• Call Requirements: Minimal on-call duties.
