About the Practice:
- Recently recognized as the "Best OBGYN Practice - News & Record" (2024), this well-established and expanding practice consists of one physician and one physician assistant, supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative team.
- Operates from a single office location to ensure a streamlined workflow.
- Surgical procedures are conducted at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, which boasts a top-notch operating room team and advanced da Vinci robotic surgery technology.
- Focuses exclusively on gynecology, with no obstetrics or OB call responsibilities, making it an ideal option for OB/GYN generalists looking to transition away from obstetrics while still practicing a full range of gynecological services.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver comprehensive gynecological care, including pelvic examinations, pap smears, breast exams, and preventive services.
- Diagnose and manage reproductive health issues, providing contraceptive counseling and family planning services.
- Address menopause-related concerns and hormone therapy needs.
- Perform major surgical procedures at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, utilizing robotic technology.
- Dedicate one day per month to in-office minimally invasive procedures with IV sedation, supported by an anesthesia team.
- Receive robust clinical support from a physician assistant, registered nurses, and medical assistants.
- Manage a patient load of 18-20 individuals per day.
- Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with phone-based call responsibilities: Weekday call at 1:6 and weekend call at 1:8.
