The Position- Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates (J1 & H1B).
- Practice Structure: Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
- Team Composition: 4 physicians (including part-time staff, totaling 2.3 FTE) and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), along with Clinical Dieticians and Diabetes Educators.
- Electronic Medical Records: Currently using Meditech Expanse, transitioning to Epic in May 2026.
- Accreditation: Our Diabetes Education Accreditation Program (DEAP) is recognized for its excellence.

- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000.

This program is integrated within the clinic, allowing for seamless collaboration in patient care. Established in the 1980s, it received its first accreditation from the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) in 2018. Participants consistently show A1C improvements of 0.5% - 0.6% annually. Our focus is on delivering rigorous yet personalized patient education while staying current with the latest evidence and technologies. The Program Coordinator is a long-standing Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) within our group.
