What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll help ensure products meet customer expectations and engineering requirements by:
- Inspecting fabricated components and finished assemblies for compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Using precision measuring tools including calipers, gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensions and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate inspection records and controlled documentation
- Identifying non-conforming materials and supporting corrective and preventive actions
- Partnering with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping maintain the high-quality standards that customers depend on
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or manufacturing quality role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD drawings, and basic GD&T symbols
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, gauges, and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and record-keeping skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and committed to continuous improvement and quality standards

Schedule
- Swing Shift Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Training Schedule (First 90 Days) Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
