You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring home‐improvement solutions — creating great first impressions, sparking conversations, and guiding customers toward the next step. We’ll give you structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to move up.

What You’ll Do

• Engage new customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Present our products and services in a simple, friendly, and compelling way
• Answer questions and resolve concerns while keeping the experience positive
• Set appointments and crush performance goals across daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
• Collaborate with your team to share wins, strategies, and best practices
• Keep growing your skills through training, coaching, and hands‐on experience
