About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to serve as the face of our agency. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, building strategic partnerships, and connecting local and national businesses with our high-quality marketing services. (100% Comission Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively prospect and build a pipeline of potential clients who need high-impact marketing and advertising solutions.
- Consultative Sales: Engage with decision-makers to understand their unique marketing goals and present tailored strategies that align with their vision.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they feel supported by the New Wave team.
- Strategic Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets while representing the New Wave brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate client needs effectively to our internal team to ensure every project is executed with the high standard our clients expect.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Ability: Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or advertising is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: You are a natural relationship builder who can articulate complex marketing strategies in a way that is easy for clients to understand and value.
