General Clerical Assistants
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Clerical/Data Entry professionals. The ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with production and validation of mandatory plan documents
• Support development of mandatory marketing materials
• Prepare and update member coverage documents outlining plan benefits, coverage details, member responsibilities, and applicable plan guidelines.
• Process member notices related to prescription assistance programs and adjusted cost-sharing information for eligible members.
• Assisted with creating easy-to-understand plan overviews highlighting healthcare benefits, services, and member costs for plan comparison purposes.
• Help ensure plan documents are produced in compliant formats and within required deadlines
• Perform general clerical and data entry support duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations professionally and effectively
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Phone servicing/customer support experience
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM, preferred
• Data entry experience, preferred

Location: Honolulu, HI
Department: Medicare Programs
Pay Rate: $18.75/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Projected End Date: 08/31/2026, and 9/30/26 with possible extensions
