Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for PreK students aligned with curriculum standards
• Establish a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress and modify instruction as needed
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to maximize student achievement
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents in accordance with school policies
• Attend professional development, staff meetings, and participate in school activities as required
