Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN professional to engage in a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology practice within a collaborative, patient-focused Women’s Healthcare setting in Englewood, New Jersey.

You will have the opportunity to work across the entire spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology, utilizing state-of-the-art labor and delivery suites, advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques, and a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and perinatal support personnel. About the Opportunity
  • As an Outpatient OB/GYN, you will deliver comprehensive ambulatory women’s healthcare in a dynamic, team-focused clinical setting.
  • Your responsibilities will include a blend of outpatient and inpatient duties, encompassing both major and minor surgical procedures, such as laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, emergency room consultations, and monitoring expectant mothers in the labor and delivery unit.
  • Call Schedule: Each provider is responsible for one weekday call shift from 7 AM to 7 AM, along with rotational weekend duties.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Providing well-woman preventive care, which includes routine gynecological exams, Pap smears, breast examinations, and other screenings.
  • Conducting prenatal and postpartum appointments.
  • Managing gynecological issues such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic discomfort, infections, menopause symptoms, and fertility challenges.
  • Performing office-based procedures, including IUD insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, colposcopies, and other minor gynecological interventions.
  • Reviewing and interpreting lab results, imaging studies, and pathology reports to inform patient care.
  • Offering contraception counseling, family planning assistance, and preconception advice.
  • Engaging with patients through the patient portal (MyChart) to address follow-up inquiries, medication requirements, and care coordination.
  • Completing timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic), including visit notes, orders, and patient instructions.
Qualifications
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.
  • Valid New Jersey Medical License.
  • Board Certified (ABOG) or Board Eligible (must achieve Board Certification within five (5) years as per Medical Staff bylaws).
  • DEA and New Jersey CDS registration.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.

Our organization offers a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and additional incentive programs for our team members. The salary listed represents the minimum compensation; actual earnings will be determined based on specialty, relevant experience, and training.

Minimum Compensation: $291,200 annually
