Associate Attorney – Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice & Mass Tort Litigation

Location: Roseland, NJ, 07068 Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid: 1 remote day/week option) Salary: $100,000 – $140,000/year

Overview: A nationally recognized personal injury law firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its litigation team. The firm is known for handling high-profile cases involving multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements and offers strong trial exposure under the guidance of award-winning litigators.

This role provides hands-on responsibility across a diverse caseload, with opportunities to contribute to both individual matters and larger complex litigation files.

What You Will Do:

• Handle personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort litigation matters
• Manage a caseload of small to medium-sized cases independently
• Assist senior attorneys on large-scale, high-value litigation matters
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Support case strategy, discovery, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and legal writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documents
• Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility to practice in New Jersey)
