Manages engagement efforts and supports select customer accounts to drive greater customer satisfaction and utilization of assigned products to maximize customer retention. Provides account training, acts as a liaison between assigned accounts and sales representatives and other Bloomberg Industry Group departments, identifies up-sell opportunities, and answers customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Serves as the primary point of contact for users within an existing client in the field, focusing on increasing users, usage, engagement and renewals.
Knowledge of assigned market (e.g. law firms, tax & accounting, corporations) preferred.
Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales or related field; 4-7 years of successful sales or account management experience in a business environment comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group.
* Prior Account Management experience is preferred.
