Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of business, commercial, and/or construction litigation experience to join a global law firm in its Naples office. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally regarded Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through conclusion.
- Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and client communications.
- Draft research memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
- Conduct and manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
- Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions.
- Prepare for, assist in, and conduct hearings and trials.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- 3-7 years of business, commercial, or construction litigation experience.
- Strong experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
