Position OverviewWe are currently looking for a dedicated Urologist in Naperville who is passionate about enhancing health and advancing patient care. This role involves working alongside a team that is committed to innovative healthcare solutions.
Opportunity Highlights- Join a practice consisting of 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers.
- The clinic will serve as a primary office in Naperville, with plans for expansion into Bolingbrook.
- On-call rotation is 1:6 at Edward Hospital.
- Advanced practice providers are shared across locations, with one nurse supporting 2-3 providers and one medical assistant per clinic.
- Extensive mentorship is available for new graduates.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $475,000 to $525,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this role may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $500,000 and $650,000.
