Position Overview: Dermatologist

As a Dermatologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in need of specialized care. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team model, working alongside primary and specialty care providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and expanding patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments on patients with specialized dermatological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including prescribing medications, exercises, and other treatments.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care effectively, ensuring continuity through communication with external health and social agencies.
  • Act as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists, such as general surgeons, and consult on patient care issues.
  • Educate and counsel individuals and groups regarding specific healthcare needs, serving as a specialist educator.
  • Contribute to the creation of health education programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Dermatology.
  • Active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.
  • Active Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on specialty.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $360,000 to $672,500. Total cash compensation includes base salary and bonuses, influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. This may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
