• Proven track record as a Principal Investigator (PI) on at least five industry-focused drug trials in medical oncology
• History of publications in peer-reviewed journals, particularly in oncology research
• Experience in obtaining and managing industry-funded research projects
• Thorough understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines for clinical trials (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP)
• Experience mentoring junior researchers and medical personnel
• Ability to design and implement strategies for patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials
• Successful collaboration with other researchers, institutions, and industry partners

• Strong background in designing, executing, and overseeing clinical trials
• Proven success in writing and securing grants from both industry and government sources
• Expertise in data analysis, biostatistics, and interpreting research findings
• Experience presenting research results at conferences and meetings
• Adaptability to new research methodologies and technologies
• Innovative mindset for developing new research questions and approaches
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
