Academic Endocrinologist-Leadership

The Division of Endocrinology at our organization is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Endocrinologist to become part of our team. This role presents a unique chance to cultivate a fulfilling career in clinical practice, research, and education, with a clear trajectory towards leadership positions, including the opportunity to oversee our Transgender Program within a comprehensive endocrine practice.

• Deliver expert clinical care in general endocrinology, with options to focus on specialties such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and reproductive endocrinology.
• Lead and enhance our established Transgender Program, providing a comprehensive range of endocrine services to transgender and gender-diverse individuals, including hormone therapy management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, enriching the learning experience for future endocrinologists.
• Collaborate across various departments to integrate transgender healthcare into broader clinical practices.
• Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote a culture of ongoing learning and knowledge exchange.

• MD/DO or equivalent degree with board certification in Endocrinology.
• A strong clinical background coupled with a passion for patient care.
• Experience or a keen interest in transgender healthcare, with aspirations to grow and lead in this specialty.
• A proven track record or strong enthusiasm for teaching and medical education.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $220,000, along with opportunities for incentive bonuses.
