Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; additional IR certification preferred
• Active state license applicable to North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in interventional radiology
• Proficiency in advanced imaging and fluoroscopic guidance techniques
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment during interventional radiology procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure quality patient care
• Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients while adhering to all safety protocols
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions, providing immediate assistance as needed
