We're hiring a Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Hillsboro. This company produces high-quality building components for commercial and residential construction projects.
This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a stable company that values teamwork, safety, and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do
- Assemble engineered wood wall panels, trusses, and other construction components.
- Operate production equipment and hand tools
- Read blueprints, work orders, and production documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Enter production information into the computer to track materials and work orders.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year previous manufacturing or construction experience
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs with/without accommodation
- Steel-toe boots required

Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Overtime on Friday
