Their expanding practice includes foreclosure, bankruptcy, consumer collections, commercial finance, complex litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, and attorney closing services.
D2D: Manage active caseload of cases in the real estate, creditors rights, and civil litigation space. Work closely with internal team members and clients on ongoing and upcoming cases, providing detailed updates, communication, and progress updates. Utilize case management software to manage assignments, upload documentation, and articulate legal concepts. Attend court appearances for litigation matters alongside client and internal team members.
