Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Corporate and Securities team as a Private Equity M&A attorney in St. Louis. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to advise on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong technical skills and experience with deal negotiation and documentation
• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Missouri (or eligible for admission)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies
• Familiarity with deal structures, financing, and regulatory issues
• Experience working on cross-border transactions
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
