Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Site Spotter / Operations Assistant

Guide large trucks (9–10 axle) safely into and around the job site (Spotter)

Direct traffic and assist with on-site vehicle movement

• Ensuring the equipment does not hit anyone or anything
• Paying attention to the positioning of a load during lift and lower
• Knowing the equipment operator's blind spots
• Confirming the load is balanced and not in danger of tipping
• Watching for hazards along the travel path
• Directing the travel route when the operator's view is limited
• Keeping pedestrians out of the danger zone

Hours as needed: Temporary role no benefits

Rate of pay: 20-25 per hour
