Five Below - - Responsibilities: Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout; Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals; Oversee front-end operations and maintain brand-standard merchandising; Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and readiness; Assist store manager by recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew; Review corporate communications and respond appropriately; Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery; Perform store maintenance and stock-room upkeep
