Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care / Adult Medicine
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Schedule | No Hospital Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who are passionate about delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The physician will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and wellness services while working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on improving patient outcomes and community health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and preventive health assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines

  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures

  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease

  • Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education

  • Conduct in-person and telehealth visits as needed

  • Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

  • Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree required

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain

  • DEA registration required

  • Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach to care

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
