Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Schedule | No Hospital Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who are passionate about delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The physician will provide preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and wellness services while working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on improving patient outcomes and community health.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and preventive health assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease
Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
Conduct in-person and telehealth visits as needed
Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain
DEA registration required
Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach to care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
