Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! You will evaluate, maintain and repair wheelchairs with the assistance of the Service Department Manager and Manufacturer's Technical Support Staff. We provide all necessary training to excel in this new and exciting field.

• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs
• A service mentality and a thirst for learning
