We are looking for a skilled, versatile Service Technician to join our team. If you have experience in tire service, custom powder coating, caliper painting, or minor body repair—and you take pride in delivering top-tier work—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Wheel & Tire Service: Mount, balance, install, and repair tires. Perform wheel swaps and inspect assemblies for safety and quality.
• Powder Coating & Painting: Prep, spray, and cure wheels, brake calipers, and other automotive parts for a flawless, durable finish.
• Brake Caliper Customization: Safely remove, prep, paint/powder coat, and reinstall brake calipers.
• Minor Body Work: Perform light cosmetic body repairs, dent removal, sanding, and prep work prior to painting or refinishing.
• Shop Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation, properly handle shop equipment (tire changers, balancers, ovens, spray guns), and follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in an automotive shop, tire center, or body shop preferred (we are willing to train the right person with strong mechanical aptitude!).
• Technical Skills: Experience with tire mounting/balancing machines, sandblasting, powder coating equipment, or paint guns is a huge plus.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for imperfections in paint, powder, or bodywork.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Team Player: Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic and a valid driver’s license.
