Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Estimating Department in creating marketing material
• Assist in canvassing market for new potential construction and renovation projects
• Contact owners, architects, engineers to find leads for new projects
• Create and send out marketing material to potential new clients. Follow up as necessary
• Coordinate creation of bid proposals and assure all required forms are filled out and turned in with each proposal
• Act as a liason for bid bond, bond and insurance requests for projects
• Work with Estimators in creating project and bid proposals
• Document control of all drawings, specification and amends during bid process
• Review all proposals for completeness

Qualifications:

• Prior marketing experience preferred
• Prior construction industry experience is helpful but not necessary
• Experience with office suite and other relevant software programs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter

Some Travel to visit prospective jobsites or clients
