Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigeration, heat pump, and gas furnace issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Service split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, and air handlers
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, evacuations, and system startups
- Educate homeowners on repair options and recommendations
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and appearance
- Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
- Knowledge of airflow, superheat, subcooling, and static pressure preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Gas furnace diagnostics and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Refrigeration systems
- Low-voltage controls
- Customer-facing residential service experience
- ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience
