Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service work including water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer repairs, drain issues, and general plumbing repairs
• Present repair options and solutions to customers
• Complete detailed job notes and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism on every call
• Follow company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
