Employment Lawyer

A leading digital infrastructure and technology company is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to serve as a key legal partner across its growing U.S. operations. This role will lead employment law matters while also supporting broader corporate and commercial initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

This role will lead employment law matters across multiple states, partnering closely with HR and business leaders on employee relations, investigations, policies, compliance, and workforce matters. The position will also support corporate governance, commercial contracts, and broader legal initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years PQE with strong U.S. employment law experience
• Expertise advising across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including Texas, Washington, California, and New York
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, compliance, and employment litigation management
• Exposure to corporate, commercial, or governance matters preferred
• Practical, business-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
