Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit accurate electronic and paper insurance claims.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
- Review claim errors, correct billing issues, and support timely claim processing.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims and resolve discrepancies.
- Post payments, adjustments, and account updates accurately in billing systems.
- Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and office staff regarding claim status and documentation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $32,000 to $35,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
