Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year with incentive-driven bonus plan

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage team performance, staffing, training, and development to build a high-performing culture.
