Mechanical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead field execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards.

• Oversee mechanical construction activities including piping, equipment installation, welding, rigging, insulation, hydro testing, and fire protection
• Lead site safety efforts and ensure compliance with project and company safety requirements
• Supervise subcontractors and craft labor; track productivity, quantities, and work hours
• Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, engineering, and client representatives
• Review drawings (P&IDs, isometrics, structural), manage RFIs, field changes, and punch lists
• Verify materials, equipment installation, testing, and as-built documentation
• Complete daily field reports and progress documentation

• Bachelor’s + 7 yrs, Associate’s + 9 yrs, or HS/GED + 11 yrs of mechanical construction supervision experience
• Strong background in industrial mechanical projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and safety skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet company driving requirement
