Health Policy Vice President

Our client, a mission-driven healthcare policy firm, set out to improve lives and is seeking a senior-level healthcare policy leader to provide strategic leadership, manage client relationships, and oversee healthcare policy initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in CMS regulations who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, working with senior stakeholders to develop and implement policy strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations, legislation, and reimbursement policies.
• Manage existing portfolio of clients, drive business development, and identify new opportunities, expanding client engagement.
• Analyze and interpret Medicare and Medicaid policies, providing clear guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and manage team members.
• Lead client meetings, regulatory analysis, and strategy development across healthcare providers, physician groups, and trade associations.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare policy, consulting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid programs.
• Experience leading teams, clients, and project execution.
• Identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to health policy, regulatory, and/or reimbursement related issues.
• Expert at client relationship management with industry leaders and C-suite, understanding their specific needs and providing strategic guidance.
