What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities with a focus on accuracy and service.
Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet customer and business needs.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
