What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities with a focus on accuracy and service.
• Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet customer and business needs.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and functions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting Pay $25.73 plus per hour (DOE)
