Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00

What You Will Do:

• Provide clerical support to the field operations team
• Process Field Service tickets for the Permian
• Work with Field Supervisor and Service Analyst on billing and pricing issues
• Handle specific parts of RMA process
• Communicate with Service Ops and Inside Sales on inventory/ticketing process
• Support the cycle count process for service trucks
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Degree
• 2 years of experience working in an office environment
• 1 year of inventory experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Good math and analytical skills
• Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Oracle finance system capabilities
• Preferred knowledge of basic accounting principles
