Largest site in the network with ~8,000 adult patients
Adult-only patient population, ages 18+
Team Structure:
8 providers total (1 physician + 6–7 advanced practice providers)
On-Site Resources & Support staff
Newly opened on-site lab
Dedicated referral coordinator and care managers
Position Details:
Co-physician role with transition into lead physician responsibilities
Medical Director title to follow
Current MD is part-time
Compensation & Incentives:
$300K base salary + productivity bonus structure
