Service Electrician

We are looking for a skilled Service Electrician who takes genuine pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing the job right the first time. This is a service role — you'll be running calls independently, communicating directly with customers, and representing the Get Lit name in the field. You won't be micromanaged. You will be trusted, supported, and paid accordingly.

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred — strong unlicensed technicians are welcome to apply

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical field; commercial experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of current NEC codes and the ability to apply them in the field

• Genuine diagnostic ability — we want technicians who find the real problem, not ones who just replace parts

• Excellent communication skills — you'll be talking to homeowners and business owners daily

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Physically able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

• Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
