Aviation Captain Position

Company is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Captain to join our Aviation team. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering a best-in-class executive travel experience. As Captain, you hold final authority for flight operations and play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion. This position extends beyond the cockpit; serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership and a key contributor to a world-class corporate aviation function.

Avg. Flight Hours/Month: 16 to 22 hours

Avg. Travel Days/Month: 8 to 10 days

Flight Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as Captain or Second in Command (SIC) as assigned
  • Exercise command authority and sound judgment in all phases of flight
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • Foster a safety-first culture

Advanced Flight Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive flight plans (weather, performance, routing)
  • Coordinate with crew and ground services
  • Manage aircraft logistics during travel

Executive Passenger Experience

  • Deliver a white-glove experience for passengers
  • Conduct clear passenger briefings
  • Serve as a professional ambassador of the Company

Aircraft Stewardship

  • Ensure aircraft cleanliness, provisioning, and readiness
  • Oversee fueling and ground handling

Training & Compliance

  • Maintain certifications and training requirements
  • Participate in recurrent training and safety programs

Leadership Profile

  • Strong judgment and professionalism
  • High integrity and discretion
  • Executive presence and communication skills

Experience

  • 2+ years PIC multi-engine turbine
  • 3,000 total hours
  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • 500 PIC turbine hours
  • Citation XLS type rating preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Certifications

  • ATP License
  • FAA Medical
  • FCC Permit
  • Passport required
