Director of Finance and Business Operations

Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Our modern, sustainability-minded designs have been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.

We’re looking for a multi-faceted finance and operations professional with FP&A experience at a company that makes and sells physical products directly to end consumers. Experience with dynamic paid-marketing budgets and strategies as well as COGS analysis for manufacturing are key areas of focus.

• Scenario Modeling

• Bookkeepers, Payments, Accounts Payable

• Coordinate tax filings with CPA

• Corporate Policies

• Lease Review and Negotiations

• Systems Administration

• 5 Years Finance and/or Operations Management Experience

• Strong Excel Skills, Tech Proficient

• Experience managing Analytics, BI, Dashboards, KPI, Statistics

• Strong Finance or Accounting Experience at a Physical Product Company

• Operations Management Experience

• Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca, New York City

• Salary: 100 - 150k commensurate with experience
