We are excited to announce a faculty practice position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible non-invasive cardiologist at our organization, located in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be based at Valleywise Health Medical Center (VHMC), a tertiary referral hospital with over 300 beds, which includes the Arizona Burn Center and a Level I Trauma Center, dedicated to serving the underserved communities of Maricopa County.

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care.
• Supervise residents and medical students during their training.
• Engage in academic activities as directed by the cardiovascular fellowship program director or their representative.
• Utilize a high-volume ICAEL accredited echocardiography lab equipped with 3D transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography capabilities.
• Participate in administrative tasks and research opportunities.

The new faculty member will collaborate with a team of non-invasive cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, a part-time electrophysiologist, and advanced practice providers (APPs).

Our organization is a key academic partner with the Creighton University School of Medicine Arizona Academic Alliance, as well as with Dignity St. Joseph’s Hospital, the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, and the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.
