We are excited to present a unique chance to become part of our independent Emergency Medicine team in Houston, Texas! We are in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time equivalent role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, high-acuity emergency department that emphasizes clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Our compensation package includes a competitive rate of $280/hour, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative environment tailored for physicians who prioritize quality care and professional development.

• $280/hour base rate
• Over 25,000 annual ED visits
• 30-bed Emergency Department featuring dedicated trauma bays
• 24/7 support from radiology, CT, and ultrasound
• Daily coverage of 24 hours by physicians and 20 hours by APPs, with robust nursing support
• Consistent 12-hour shifts for a balanced work schedule

• MD or DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Eligibility for a Texas medical license
• A strong dedication to quality patient care and a team-oriented approach

• Malpractice coverage included
• Flexible scheduling (full-time with 10 shifts per month)
