Our organization is actively looking for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine Physician to become a part of our Academic Internal Medicine team at the Sherman Pavilion, situated in Muskegon, Michigan.
Practice Overview
This outpatient department is affiliated with Trinity Health Muskegon Lakeshore, conveniently located near the hospital. Our Academic Internal Medicine office provides care for adults, focusing on:
- Diagnosis of various medical conditions
- Management of chronic diseases
- Comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple health concerns
Our facility also hosts the Internal Medicine Residency program, which includes 21 residents who rotate through the clinic.
Position Details
- This role is designated for a 1.0 clinical FTE, with no mandatory precepting responsibilities.
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our physicians.
- Call responsibilities are shared among the physicians in the medical group.

- Laboratory
- Neurology
- Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM)
- Geriatrics
- Imaging
- Pharmacy

Qualifications
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
- Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within two years of eligibility.
- A valid State of Michigan medical license is required upon employment.
- DEA license and BLS certification are also necessary, with ongoing recertification.
