The staff physician will deliver patient care services while aligning with our organization's mission to provide hope, healing, and exceptional healthcare for children and their families.

Patient Care Services:

• Deliver patient care services within the scope of clinical privileges, which includes but is not limited to:
• Administer direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Offer subspecialty consultations and follow-up care.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic services/procedures.
• Provide urgent and emergent care services as required.
• Aim to achieve optimal patient and family-centered care.
• Contribute to the organization's patient satisfaction objectives as well as specific division targets.
• Adhere to divisional standards for patient safety and quality of care.
• Utilize contemporary evidence-based practices or the latest experiential medicine.

Divisional Responsibilities:

• Set and demonstrate efforts to meet annual goals and objectives for the physician, division, and hospital.
• Support the medical education initiatives within the division, which includes:
• Supervising trainees and allied health professionals in delivering inpatient and outpatient services when applicable.
• Conducting teaching rounds, lectures, and conferences for trainees.
• Participating in the education and supervision of trainees and allied health professionals assigned to the division.
• Engaging in postgraduate continuing education activities within the division.
• Assist in the research activities of the division, including initiatives led by other division members.
• Support the growth of division programs.
• Contribute to satellite efforts of the division when appropriate.

• Represent the organization in medical and business communities, as well as to the public, in a professional manner.
• Possess essential physical and mental skills to effectively perform the duties outlined, including:
• The ability to communicate via telephone, computer, or other devices.
• The capacity to fulfill after-hours or night call responsibilities as necessary.
• The ability to maintain a regular work schedule.
