Job Description
Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Advanced Gastroenterologist to become a part of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division as a faculty member. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about clinical excellence and eager to contribute to both medical education and research.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and perform endoscopic procedures.
- Instruct and supervise residents and fellows.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives.
- Participate in the well-established, ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program.
- MD, DO, or an equivalent medical degree.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency.
- Completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship and an Advanced Endoscopy fellowship focusing on ERCP and EUS.
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- Eligibility to obtain a medical license in California.
The faculty position will be based at the Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a 700-bed Level 1 Trauma Center, featuring a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. Faculty appointments will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and accomplishments.
